01Our service

Instant Speaker Fix provides free browser-based tools that play sounds intended to help remove water and dust from speakers and to test stereo, mono and surround sound output. The tools run on your own device and require no account or payment. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Using the tools safely

You are responsible for how you use the tools. By using them, you agree to:

• Start at a moderate volume and increase it gradually
• Remove headphones or earbuds from your ears before running a speaker cleaning tool
• Avoid running tools at maximum volume for long periods
• Stop immediately if you hear rattling, distortion or other unusual sounds
• Keep sound at a safe level around children, pets and other people
• Not charge or use a device that may have serious liquid damage until it has been checked

03No guarantee of results

Sound can help move water and loose dust that sit in or just behind a speaker grille, and our test tools can help you identify setup problems. Results depend on your device, its condition, your browser and your audio settings.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harm others
• Play sounds from the Site in a way intended to disturb, harass or injure people or animals
• Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy the Site or its content in bulk
• Copy, frame, resell or republish our tools or content as your own

05Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, including text, graphics, illustrations, page designs and tool code, are owned by Instant Speaker Fix and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may link to our pages and share them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

06Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Speaker Fix and its owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools. This includes damage to devices, speakers, headphones or hearing, and loss of data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

09Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instant Speaker Fix and its owner from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

11Changes and termination

We may change, add or remove tools and features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the Site.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Site’s owner is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
