01Reporting infringement

If you believe that content on https://instantspeakerfix.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to our designated agent at morgan@instantspeakerfix.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the exact page URL.
4. Your contact information, including your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

02What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly. If the material was provided by someone else, we make reasonable efforts to let them know so they can respond.

03Counter-notification

If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to the same email address with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action to stop the infringement.

04Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, we will restrict access for anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others.

05Our own content

The text, illustrations, page designs and tool code on Instant Speaker Fix are our original work. If you find our content copied on another website without permission, please let us know at the email address below.
